ケーキは前回行った時と変わっていました！リピートしても楽しめそうです🍰
外には籐のデコTukTukがあったり、ジャングルをイメージしたお庭には動物オブジェが沢山。
色々映えスポットがあるので、カフェ利用しなくてもお庭を覗きに行くだけでも楽しめそうです。
カフェは予約必須で、毎月1日(1〜15日)と15日(15〜31日)に予約開始されます。
LVカフェは3ヶ月前からなので、少し🤏だけ予約のハードルは低いです。
バンコクは屋台から、フードコート、レストラン、そしてハイエンドなこういうカフェやバーなどなど。
それぞれの違ったレベルを日替わりで楽しめるのが、本当楽しいです！

タイって籐で有名なの❓
タイ北部にはランナー文化が色濃く残っており、その中で籐細工が伝統的な手工芸品として発展してきました。 チェンマイの旧市街にある商店街（チャーンモーイ通りなど）では、籐でできたかごバッグなどを販売する店があり、観光客にも人気があります。
In the northern region, where Lanna culture remains deeply rooted, rattan weaving has developed as a traditional handicraft. In Chiang Mai’s old town, particularly along streets such as Chang Moi Road, there are many shops selling rattan items like basket bags, which are also popular with tourists.
タイの「ランナー文化」とは❓
13世紀から18世紀頃まで現在のタイ北部を中心に栄えた「ランナー王国（Lanna Kingdom）」に由来する文化のことを指します。「ランナー」とは「百万の田んぼ」という意味で、稲作を基盤とした豊かな農耕社会を象徴しています。
The term “Lanna culture” refers to the culture derived from the Lanna Kingdom, which flourished in northern Thailand from around the 13th to the 18th century. The word “Lanna” means “a million rice fields”, symbolizing a prosperous agrarian society based on rice cultivation.
バンコク アナンタラホテルのマディソンでハンバーガーランチ
アナンタラ・バンコク・ホテルは、Thai Maha Brama（通称エラワンブッダ）のすぐ近くに位置し、かつてはフォーシーズンズホテルとして親しまれていた老舗ホテルです。館内の壁画はとても美しく印象的で、歴史と格調を感じさせます。先日、ランチに立ち寄り、ハンバーガーをいただいてきました。
いつ見ても素敵💓
ロビーには贅沢な生花で作ったゾウさんがディスプレイされていました。凄く素敵です。
お手軽で美味しいマックのハンバーガーも時々無性に食べたくなりますが、たまに正統派のコレを食べると、とても満足度高くて数ヶ月ハンバーガー食べなくても平気、くらい満足します。なかなかの肉肉しさです。マディソンはステーキ屋さんなので、パテは超いい具合にミディアムレア。
マディソンはランチのセットメニューもあります。前菜はビュッフェでメインをチョイス。デザートまでついてきます。私の胃には量が多すぎるので、、単品をチョイス。
キングクラブのサラダ🥗も、なんとなく肉＆フレンチフライでは栄養バランス上、気が引けるので注文。
結果、私はお腹いっぱいすぎて大好きなポテトをフードロスしてしまう羽目に。ごめんなさい。。
お店の雰囲気はとても素敵で高級感があります。
ここへはホテルロビーを通って、中庭で鯉を愛でつつ辿り着けます=奥に位置するので初めてだと、間違えてる？と不安になります。
夜は中庭、マディソン横に素敵なBarも出現しますし、Mocha&Muffinというデリやケーキを提供するカフェもあります。宿泊したら外に出なくても楽しめちゃいますね。ご近所さんなので、大変、重宝してます。いつもありがとうアナンタラさん。
ちなみに夜のマディソンはこんな感じで、おしゃれにドレスアップしたお客様で高級感が増し増しです。
フォアグラは焼き加減最高でした。

Thao Maha Brahmaとは❓
エラワン廟（正式名称：タオ・マハー・プロム廟、タイ語: ศาลท้าวมหาพรหม、RTGS: San Thao Maha Phrom、意味：「大梵天神の祠」）は、タイ・バンコクにある祠で、ヒンドゥー教の創造神ブラフマーをタイで表した「プラ・プロム」の像を祀っています。この名称はまた、仏教の宇宙観における梵天界の支配者「大梵天」にも由来しています。
この神はヒンドゥー教の宗教的文脈に限らず、タイの精霊信仰における守護神として広く信仰されており、ヒンドゥー教と仏教が融合したシンクレティズム（習合）の一例を示しています。廟では、祈願が叶ったお礼として、参拝者が雇ったタイ舞踊団による奉納舞が披露されることもあり、観光客にも人気のタイらしさの濃いスポットです。
The Erawan Shrine, formally the Thao Maha Phrom Shrine (Thai: ศาลท้าวมหาพรหม; RTGS: San Thao Maha Phrom; 'shrine of Lord Maha Brahma'), is a shrine in Bangkok, Thailand, which houses a statue of Phra Phrom, the Thai representation of Brahma, the Hindu god of creation. 本日は公園散歩。
本当はgrandpa's house restaurant に行きたくて。。
しかし まさかの定休日。。。急に思い立ったので下調べミスでした。

I actually wanted to go to Grandpa's House Restaurant... but it was closed... I decided to go there in the morning suddenly,, so I didn't do my research well...

レストランの横は、Guan Wu Shrine というお寺がありました。280年の歴史があるそうで、平日でしたが、ひっきりなしに参拝される方が訪れてました。
Next to the restaurant was a temple called Guan Wu Shrine. It has a history of 280 years, and even though it was a weekday, there was a constant stream of people coming to worship there.
すぐ横に王様のお母様のメモリアルパークがあったので、お散歩。

歴代の中でも最も愛された王様、Rama9世のお母様。どんな方だったんだろう。
the most beloved king's mother. I wonder how wonderful she was... The park is small enough that you can walk around it in 10 minutes. It's very peaceful. Occasionally, a water lizard would pop up. Inside, there are giant trees that make you wonder how old they are, and parts of the old walls have been preserved. It's a wonderful place with a different atmosphere from the hustle and bustle of Chinatown across the river.
公園は10分もあれば周れる程の大きさ。とても長閑。
おじさんが木の下で休憩中。小さいおじさんが見えた訳ではなく、木が驚くほど巨大です。
中には、樹齢何年だろう？と思わせる巨木があったり、昔の壁の一部が保存されていたり。対岸の中華街の喧騒とは違う趣きで、すてきです。
時折り、ミズトカゲが顔を出したり。
アンコールワットの巨木に似ています。

という事で、レストランは次回の楽しみに。雨もパラついてきたので、アイコンサヤームへ移動。
いつ行っても楽しいアイコンサヤームの、水上マーケットを模したSook。
インパクトのあるワニの🐊丸焼きが。ワニが見たら泣きますね。。
So, we'll have to save the restaurant for next time. It started to rain a little, so we headed to Icon Siam.
Icon Siam is always fun to visit, and there's Sook, which is modeled after a floating market.
They had an impressive whole roasted crocodile 🐊. I actually felt sorry for crocodiles...
Guan yu shrine って❓
関羽神社（かんうじんじゃ）は、軍神であり忠誠の神でもある関羽を祀る歴史ある中国寺院です。バンコクのクロンサーン地区、チャオプラヤー川西岸に位置し、タイ最古の関羽神社とされ、その起源はアユタヤ時代後期にまで遡ります。神社には関羽の像が安置されており、静かなスポットとなっています。リバークルーズの乗客がよく訪れる場所ですが、バンコクのチャイナタウンにある関羽神社ほど観光客は多くありません。
The Guan Wu Shrine, also known as the Guan Yu Shrine or Gong Wu Shrine, is a historic Chinese temple dedicated to Guan Yu, the god of war and loyalty. Located on the west bank of the Chao Phraya River in Bangkok's Khlong San district, it is considered the oldest Guan Yu shrine in Thailand, with origins dating back to the late Ayutthaya period. The shrine features statues of Guan Yu and is a tranquil spot, often viewed by people on river cruises but less visited by tourists than those in Bangkok's Chinatown.
Sook アイコンサヤームって❓
アイコンサヤーム1階にある水上マーケットを模した市場です。屋内のエアコンが効いた中でローカル市場体験が出来るので、旅行の際はお勧めです！This floating market is located on the first floor of Icon Siam. It offers a local market experience in an air-conditioned indoor environment, so it's highly recommended for travelers with small children!

In Bangkok, you actually come across solid wood slab tables with beautiful grain quite often. But when I went back to Japan and saw them there, I was shocked at how incredibly expensive they were! 💦
家にこんなセットがあったら、丁寧な暮らしをしている感じがしていいなあ。憧れます。
シグネチャー料理の あん肝アイスクリーム パリパリ最中に挟んで食べるのが斬新で美味しかったです。あん肝好き❤️
和牛、フォアグラ巻き。斬新で新鮮。ザ創作日本料理で、私は大好きです。
シグネチャー料理の 炭焼きタコに挑戦。想像と違う美しいビジュアル。
スペイン風ソースとエスプーマが添えられており、斬新な組み合わせながらもとても美味しかったです。
ホタテのカニ巻き寿司。カニではなく、カニカマでした。。。本日の私の大失敗オーダー。。
安納芋のアイスクリーム。薄暗い店内でよく見えませんでしたが、、パリパリクッキーは塩味と酸味があって濃厚なアイスクリームにアクセントが付いて、とっても美味しかったです！
本日はタコが、1番気に入りました！
シェフはマレーシア出身のAlvin Chew. 美味しい創作日本料理、ご馳走様でした。

マレーシア出身のアルビン・チュー氏は、幼少期からセランゴールの豊かで多様な食文化に触れて育ちました。オーストラリア・クイーンズランド州のゴールドコーストTAFE（職業訓練校）で料理学を学び、その後は著名なイタリア料理店で研鑽を積みました。
帰国後はマレーシアの高級日本料理店でコミシェフとしてキャリアをスタートさせ、ル・コルドン・ブルー・マレーシアでミシュラン星付きシェフの下、経験を重ねてスーシェフへと昇進しました。

バンコク ソンワット通り 歩いてみよう Song Wat Road ミシュランポトン
バンコクのソンワット通りは、最近、古民家再生プロジェクトで注目を集めるエリアです。
雑貨屋「ロードオブシナモン」をはじめ、次々と新しいお店が増え、歩くたびに発見がある小径は迷路のようで、、本当に時々迷子に。。
時折、食べ歩きをしながら散策し、ウオールアートを見あげたり。都会の生活の中で束の間の下町の魅力にも触れる。
私が特に感動したのは、古民家再生の記録をレストラン内に展示して説明がついていたり。まるで博物館を訪問させてもらっているような貴重な体験です。ありがたい🙏
滅多に暑いバンコクで散策する気になれない私にとっての、たまの気分転換になる贅沢時間です。
Song Wat Road in Bangkok has recently been gaining attention as an area revitalized through heritage-house restoration projects.
Shops like the lifestyle store Lord of Cinnamon keep popping up one after another, and each stroll reveals new discoveries along the maze-like alleyways—though I do occasionally find myself lost.
Sometimes I wander around while sampling street food, gazing up at the wall art, and savoring the old-town charm nestled within the bustle of city life. What impressed me most was a restaurant that displayed detailed records of its own restoration, complete with explanations. It felt like visiting a small museum—an experience I found truly precious and deeply appreciated. 🙏
Since I rarely feel inclined to walk around in Bangkok’s heat, these strolls are a rare luxury for me—a refreshing change of pace and a treasured moment of indulgence.
色々なウォールアートを楽しんだり。1番有名なのは象さんのアート。是非散策して見つけてください。
おしゃれなホステルもあったり。
Citizen Canteen でタイティーを是非。タイティーは豊富な種類のリーフの中から好きな物が選べます。なんだか特別感があって好きです。

ソンワットは川べりの通りなので、少し歩けば、チャオプラヤーの素敵な景色が見られます。

ミシュラン1つ星を獲得したレストランもソンワットにありますが、予約がなかなかとれないです。。同じ敷地のOpiumBarなら行けるかも知れません。
There’s also a Michelin one-star restaurant on Song Wat, but it’s almost impossible to get a reservation. Still, I might be able to make it into the Opium Bar located on the same premises.
ソンワット通りの名前の由来
ソンワット通りの歴史は1892年に始まります。チュラーロンコーン大王（ラーマ5世）が地図に自ら線を引いたことで、この通りは「王が描いた道」という名を得ました。サンペーン地区での火災をきっかけに建設され、チャオプラヤー川とバンコクの中華街を結ぶ重要な交通拠点となり、米や海産物などの交易を支える存在となりました。
現在のソンワットは、歴史ある中葡式のショップハウスと、モダンなカフェやストリートアート、美術ギャラリーが融合した活気ある街並みへと進化し、「遺産主導型の再生」を象徴するエリアとなっています。

チェンマイで栽培されたお茶に拘るアラクサティールーム。ユニークな名前のお茶が沢山あります。ちんぷんかん。大丈夫、店員さんが丁寧に説明してくれます。。
Araksa Tea Room specializes in tea grown in Chiang Mai. They have many teas with unique names. Gibberish.. Don't worry, the staff will kindly explain them to you.

チェンマイの少数民族、モン族の伝統的なコスチュームがディスプレイされてる。Traditional costumes of the Hmong people, an ethnic minority group in Chiang Mai, are on display.

日本人在住者の多いスクンビットから離れた、オリエンタルホテルやシャングリラホテルなどが建ち並ぶ、バーンラック地区にある一軒家レストランです。チャオプラヤー川は残念ながら見えませんが、、静かで清潔でおしゃれな雰囲気です。特にお茶好きには堪らない素敵なお茶をいっぱい扱っているお勧めのカフェレストランです。
This restaurant is located in the Bang Rak district, away from Sukhumvit, where many Japanese residents live, and where the Oriental Hotel, Shangri-La Hotel and other 5star hotels are located. Unfortunately, you can't see the Chao Phraya River, but the restaurant has a quiet, clean, and stylish atmosphere. This cafe restaurant is especially recommended for tea lovers, as it offers a wide selection of exquisite teas.

Who is Hmong❓
The Hmong are a mountain minority group living in the mountainous regions of southern China, Vietnam, Laos, and Thailand. They are very independent and have built a unique culture based on traditional embroidery and animism. They are divided into various sub-groups, such as the White Hmong, Blue Hmong, and Red Hmong, and each has its own unique style of dress and dialect. As they do not have a written language, they pass on their history and folk tales through word of mouth and embroidery.
モン族の衣装❓
モン族の衣装は、藍染めのろうけつ染め布や華やかな刺繍が特徴で、支族によってデザインや技法が異なります。女性の衣装は、パンダオ（花の布）と呼ばれる頭巾や、プリーツ加工されたスカート、アオザイ、脚絆、エプロン、ベルトなどが組み合わされ、美しいだけでなく、祖先や精霊への尊敬、家族の幸福を願う女性たちの祈りが込められています。
What is Hmong costume ❓
Hmong costumes are characterized by indigo-dyed batik fabrics and gorgeous embroidery, and the designs and techniques vary depending on the sub-tribe. Women's costumes, which combine a headscarf called pan dao (flower cloth), pleated skirts, ao dai, leggings, aprons, and belts, are not only beautiful, but also express respect for ancestors and spirits, and the women's prayers for the happiness of their families.
バーンラック地区❓ バーンラックはタイ語で「愛の街(village of love)」の意味があり、ここで多くのタイ人が婚姻届を提出します。
Bang Ram district ❓ Bang Rak means "village of love" in Thai, and many Thai people register their marriage here.
バンコクでトルコ砂珈琲を楽しむ Shaloba Eately with Karmakamet
一杯のコーヒー☕️ 幸せ感じます。
A cup of coffee makes my day.
Shaloba は砂コーヒー(トルココーヒー)で有名で、バンコクに沢山店舗がありますが、私のお気に入りは一軒家カフェのカルマカメットと一緒になっている、エンポリアムスイートの裏手の支店です。暑いバンコクで、少し薄暗く、静かで、アロマのいい匂いが時折する、素敵な店舗です。プロンポン方面に用事があれば、お勧めします☕️
Shaloba is famous for its sand coffee (Turkish coffee) and has many locations in Bangkok, but my favorite is the branch behind Emporium Suites, which is linked to the detached cafe Karmakamet. It's a lovely store in the hot Bangkok, a little dimly lit, quiet, and occasionally filled with the pleasant aroma from the products of Karmakamet. I highly recommend it if you have business in the Phrom Phong area.
